ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
*Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.*Ability to maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients.
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Must demonstrate good computer skills.
*Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation.
*Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference and volume.
*Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*2 - 5 years of recent department specific experience required.
*Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
Skills and Certifications:
*American Heart Association- Basic Life Support Certification.
*American Heart Association- Advance Life Support Certification.
*California Professional RN License.
*Basic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within six months of employment.
