Role Overview:
As a Progressive Care Staff Nurse, you will provide professional, high-quality nursing care to patients, support clinical pathways, and play an essential role in care coordination. You’ll perform patient procedures, manage safe medication administration, and assess patient responses, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Actively participate in clinical pathways and collaborate on care coordination.
- Document all patient interactions and updates accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure: PA State-Issued RN license
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
