We are looking for dedicated Referral Care Registered Nurses in Aurora, CO with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. These providers will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience required
• Any State License Honored
• ACEN or CCNE accredited education
• BLS (American Heart Association) Card

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Triage specialty consults for clinical appropriateness & completeness within the National RCI Standards for coordinated care.
  
• Collaborate with CACs to rebuild/modify consult templates.
• Serve as a liaison to both internal staff and CC staff during the consult process.
• Serves as liaison to the ordering provider and specialty care services RCI is implemented into.
