We are looking for dedicated Community Care Registered Nurses in Glendale, CO with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. These providers will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience required
• Any State License Honored
• ACEN or CCNE accredited education
• BLS (American Heart Association) Card

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Clinically review consults/requests for completeness and appropriateness/utilization review.
• Dispositioning care in the community per utilization review and guidelines.
• Clinical review of incoming medical records documenting communication with ordering providers and PCP.
• Coordination of care
