Job Overview – Clinical Operations Manager (RN):
Take on a pivotal leadership role as a Clinical Operations Manager (RN) with our client in Bronx, NY. In this position, you will oversee clinical operations, manage multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with physicians and medical staff to enhance patient outcomes in wound care. Your expertise in nursing and strategic vision will drive the success of the state-of-the-art wound care center, ensuring top-quality care and operational excellence.

Compensation: $118,000 - $123,000/year + bonus
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Responsibilities as the Clinical Operations Manager (RN):

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the wound care center’s objectives and ensure successful daily operations.
  • Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with medical staff to implement evidence-based practices and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Program Development: Drive growth and innovation within the wound care program.
  • Training & Compliance: Oversee staff training and ensure adherence to regulations and clinical standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with physicians, medical staff, and community partners to enhance program success.
Qualifications for the Clinical Operations Manager (RN):
  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred).
  • Licensure: Valid New York State RN license required.
  • Certification: Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in nurse management, hospital service line management, and clinical operations, with some experience in wound care.
  • Skills: Advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making with visionary leadership, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate in multicultural environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
