Come to Napoleon, North Dakota, and work at this brand-new facility with a great staff including administration!
- Role Requirements:
- Charge nurse position.
- PM shift: 3-4 CNAs on duty.
- Overnight shift: 2 CNAs on duty.
- 12.5 hour shifts 6 pm-6:30 am. Paid lunch
- Facility Details:
- Brand-new, beautiful, 36-bed long-term care facility.
- Beds include 36 long-term, 12 basic care, and 10 assisted living.
- CNAs handle basic and assisted living; the nurse is available to answer questions overnight
- Candidate Preferences:
- Open to new grads and those with hospital or acute care experience.
- The position is on the night shift, and the nurse will be in charge.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassion and dedication to patient care.
Pay Scales:
- LPN RN: The starting wage is $25 per hour, increasing through years of experience.
- Associate RN: The starting wage is $28.50 per hour, increasing through years of experience.
- Bachelor RN: The starting wage is $31.00 per hour, increasing through years of experience.
- Night Shift Differential: Additional $1.75 per hour, with the possibility of an extra night shift each week for potential overtime.
