Job Description
We are a dedicated long-term care facility in Napoleon, North Dakota, committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team permanently, full-time.
Job Details:
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Napoleon, North Dakota
- Shift: Night shift
- Salary: Minimum $31 per hour, maximum negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate support and assistance to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
