Registered Nurse (RN)-Night Shift Supervisor - El Paso, IL

Are you seeking a new career opportunity? I’m working with a health care center in El Paso IL, and we’re looking for a Night Shift RN Supervisor and a Weekend RN Supervisor (Every Weekend) to join us full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• The overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during assigned shift.
• Mentoring and educating nursing personnel.
• Working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Must have an active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required).
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
