Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team in Jersey City, NJ. As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and overseeing the clinical care of other personnel.
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Compensation: $52/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse (RN):
- Comprehensive Care: Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex health needs.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) procedures and culturally sensitive policies.
- Medical Support: Assist providers, interpret recommendations, and reinforce instructions.
- Staff Management: Schedule employees, oversee competencies, and ensure adherence to performance expectations.
- Patient Interaction: Collect medical and social histories, vital signs, and manage patient flow to reduce wait times.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and provide emotional support.
- Triage: Assess walk-in and phone-in patients to determine the urgency of care needed.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure compliance with infection control and lab procedures.
- License: Current Registered Nursing license.
- Experience: Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic medical records and laboratory procedures.
- Attributes: Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
