Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic Services team at Swedish First Hill. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care, applying your specialized training to deliver world-class health care in a culture of mutual respect, commitment, and holistic care. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and offers a $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments, develop and update care plans, and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and ensure patient safety.
• Facilitate learning for patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in professional development, practicing within the standards of nursing practice.
• Lead and coordinate care within an inter-professional care team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• License: Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association; NRP from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a Med/Surg Orthopedic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $145,000.
