Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

  • Experience with hospice case management required
  • Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
  • Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
  • Work schedule Monday-Friday

****Looking for a nurse with NO time off requests for this contract****
