Job Description
Clinical Magnet is seeking multiple RNs to join the Float Pool for one of the largest healthcare providers in PA!
These are Direct Hire Positions!
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of acute care experience in the following areas: Med Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, or Med Surg/ Behavioral Health
- BSN/RN
- ACLS/ BLS (and evidence of completing a dysrhythmia course for the Tele, Stepdown and ICU/ critical care positions).
Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly starting rates vary from 40-55/Hr
- Full-time is every 3rd weekend required and there is a $10.00 per hour incentive to work in the float pool
