RN Private Duty Nurse - Clarksville TN 37040 - Sign on-Bonus

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us in caring, serving, and enriching the lives of our adult and pediatric patients and their families. Becoming a Maxim nurse provides access to rewarding opportunities in home healthcare.

Typical Shifts are 8, 12, or 16 hours, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts (mornings and overnights) but mid shifts are available. Flexibility in scheduling - work as much or as little as you like!

Prominent cases will include gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Registered Nurse (RN) practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.

Maxim has implemented the following bonus program:

A Sign-on bonus will be paid to new Night Shift Nurses (LPN/RN). Details are as follows:

• Each new employee hired as a RN/LPN is eligible for up to $1,750 for starting work with Maxim.
• A $1,750 bonus will be paid after the new employee works 520 hours on evening or overnight shifts (i.e. Shifts that begin at 3pm or later and end in the am).
• All night shift LPNs and RNs employed by the Clarksville, TN Maxim office are eligible for this program.
• The new employee must not have worked with Maxim for at least one year prior to their most recent date of hire to be eligible for the bonus.
• The program will run through 2/21/2025 – 3/31/2025
