Join our trusted healthcare client in the Bronx, NY, as a Field Nurse Supervisor. This full-time role involves directing and supervising the agency's paraprofessional staff and private duty nursing services to provide personalized home health care for older adults.
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000/year
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities as the Field Nurse Supervisor:
- In-Field Supervision: Provide professional supervision and on-the-job training to home health aides, personal care aides, and nursing staff.
- Competency Testing: Assist with classroom and field competency testing for the team.
- Assessments: Conduct in-home visits to assess the quality of care provided and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, conducting periodic audits of care documentation and patient progress.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related health or human services field.
- Licensure: New York State Registered Professional Nurse license required.
- Experience: 1+ year in an Acute Care setting required (Home Care Nursing experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, effective communication, and organizational skills, with an ability to train and supervise staff.
