Our client in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, House Manager to oversee the operations of a group medical home for medically fragile adults with intellectual disabilities. This role involves supervising house staff, ensuring adherence to standard practices and procedures, and coordinating high-quality care for residents.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $87,000 - $89,000/year
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

This role involves supervising house staff, ensuring adherence to standard practices and procedures, and coordinating high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities as the Registered Nurse, House Manager:
- House Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the house, ensuring adherence to standard practices and procedures.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direct supervision to house staff, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Quality Care Coordination: Ensure the highest quality of care for residents by coordinating with care teams to meet social, medical, and emotional needs.
- Administrative Duties: Handle staff scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of PA.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience, with a background in group medical homes, home care, or long-term care experience. At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and maintenance of required 30 CEU hours/2 years.
