Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality patient care at Pinon Health Center in the

Outpatient clinic. Flexible contract options include short-term (13 weeks), long-term (1-3 years), and intermittent assignments based on facility needs.

Overtime: The Contractor shall be subject to working longer hours if
patient load demands are present and rotating shifts to provide coverage in the
Outpatient, Women’s Health, Pediatric and/or Urgent Care Clinic and (if necessary
to work at CCHCF Outpatient and Inpatient Departments – Sunday to Saturday 40

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in various clinical settings.
• Perform assessments, triage, and interventions as needed.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per provider orders.
• Assist in emergency response and life-saving measures.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per IHS, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
• Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (U.S. state, D.C., or U.S. territory).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Mandatory Current Basic Life Support (BLS). The Advanced Cardiac
  Life Support (ACLS) is Mandatory for Urgent Clinic Coverage. The Advanced Trauma
  Life Support (ATLS) is optional.
• Experience in rural, patient-centered care preferred.
• Proficiency in EHR systems.

Job Details:

• Locations: Pinon Health Center & Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, AZ
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
• Duration: 13 weeks to 3 years (flexible)

PTO, sick time W2

$45- $50 per hour plus stipend
