As a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of clinical excellence and complex neuroscience care. We are the first comprehensive stroke center in Arizona and care for the most critically ill neuroscience population in the southwest. We have a great partnership with our service line physicians, residents, and care providers. As a teaching facility we engage staff and providers in EBP and encourage staff involvement. You will also have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.

The Neuroscience Service Line promotes development, growth, and teamwork. As an ICU Neuro Nurse, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program. We encourage continuing education, conference attendance, and certification. We employ a Neuroscience Clinical Nurse Specialist that teaches certification classes for our service line Registered Nurses in addition to being available daily as an expert resource. You will work alongside Neuro Critical Care Practitioners that are only available in
