Job Description:

Responses to calls reporting changes in conditions are investigated and followed up in a timely manner.

Documentation of findings is clear and spells out action taken and outcome. Includes dissemination of information to all appropriate team members.

Responsible for notifying Physician of all changes in condition, when necessary, in an appropriate and timely manner.

Distributing Information obtained at committees/meetings with appropriate staff.

Any medication related issues, i. e., side effects, adverse effects, allergic reaction, and/or lack of expected response to medication are identified accurately, treated appropriately, shared with appropriate staff, and documented clearly.

Answer any questions that may arise.

Notify Families and staff of medical issues; medication changes; and other related issues as they occur.

Communicate in a professional manner promoting a clear understanding of information.

Qualifications

Experience with Autism patients preferred.

BLS certification

Active Nursing State License

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
