Shifts requested: 2-3 days per week, 8-hour shifts (PRN available)
Practice setting: Outpatient
Patient load: 6-10 patients per day
Ages: Adults
Procedures required: Joint Injections, Trigger Point injections, Ultrasound-guided joint injections, other techniques requiring excellent hand-eye coordination; comprehensive health assessments and physical exams; diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses with a focus on regenerative medicine; prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
Requirements: MA License, DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS, Board Certification, minimum 2 years APRN experience
Other: Support staff includes MA. Will train on injections. Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks (once provider is enrolled in EMR). EMR: Chartlogics (no prior experience required). Mileage reimbursement only. PRN with potential for full-time placement.
