CVICU RN – Destin, FL
Sign-on Bonus: $15K
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate CVICU RN to join our team in Destin, FL. This role offers the flexibility of a minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience. Join a dynamic team providing top-quality care to cardiac patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to cardiac patients in the CVICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac function, vital signs, and lab results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
- Current RN license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- CVICU experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
