Clinical Manager - ICU/ER
Location: Central Valley, CA
Employment: Full-Time, Days
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 based on experience
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to assist the Director in overseeing ICU and ER operations, including clinical, financial, and human resources functions. This role involves planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing practices while supporting departmental objectives in quality improvement, staff development, and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.A./B.S)
- Active California RN License
- BLS & ACLS upon hire; PALS within 6 months
- 1-2 years of management experience preferred; 5+ years clinical experience
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $59.24 - $79.73
Base Salary: $123,219 - $165,838
