RN Nurse Team Manager - North Shore Massachusetts

• Permanent full time position.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
• Job Summary: The RN Nurse Team Manager directs, coordinates and oversees the nursing supervisory team including the direct delivery of clinical services, the development of clinical policies and procedures including those around quality improvement, and utilization review. The RN Nurse Team Manager supports the Care Team in the field to deliver the highest quality to clients. This position is 80% on the road performing client and Care Team supervisions, and 20% administrative and management of the nursing team within the Massachusetts location in our territory. Participate in daily clinical and lead nursing meetings. In this role you will not take on anything too complex; no wound care treatment, no IV's. You will just perform basic patient assessments.
• Company car and gas card is provided!
• Nurse Team Manager will be responsible for a team that consists of 2 LPN's and a Nurse Scheduler.
• Looking for RN candidates with 3-5 years of management experience (preferably in the home-care space).
• Must be a duly licensed nurse in the state of Massachusetts in good standing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
