Job Description

Job Description: The House Supervisor serves as the onsite administrative representative for clinical and managerial functions during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. In collaboration with Department Heads, s/he provides leadership, consultation, and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and is the primary back up for front managers in their absence. The House Supervisor plans for, leads, coordinates, and facilitates the provision of quality care and service from a hospital-wide, shift-specific perspective in a manner that fosters accomplishment of the specific Department’s goals and objectives. The House Supervisor is responsible for issues related to staffing, patient/family relations, risk management, clinical coordination, patient placement, public affairs and communications, evaluation and mentoring. Ensures appropriate distribution and allocation of supplies/equipment and provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver appropriate clinical services to the patients served.

Location: Copley Health Systems / Morristown, VT
Start Date: Quick Start
End Date: TBD
Duration: 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Gross Package: $2,908/week
Based on 36 hours per week (That can vary)
- Stipend: $1,610
- $30 per hour
- OT: $90 per hour
$500 travel allowance (Half given at the beginning and the other when you complete the contract)
