Specialty: Travel RN-Case Manager

Job Description

Support incoming calls from patients with issues

Communicate with doctors and medical assistants

Medical record redaction

Task EHR

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective working relationships

Qualifications and Job Info

1-2 years of recent nursing experience in acute care setting

Must be strong - medication prior authorization, quality hedis, medication adherence

Strong Computer skills

Active state nursing license

Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or Creole preferred

Must reside in Florida

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
