Job Description
Premier Health Care facility in Palm Springs, CA is hiring an RN Service Group Supervisor to work in the Cardiac Thoracic service line!
Our facility is in the Coachella Valley region of California. A popular resort city for many years, Palm Springs is known for its natural hot springs, celebrity culture, luxurious resorts hotels, upscale restaurants, golf courses, and sunny weather!!,
$15,000 sign-on bonus position!

Schedule: Full time, 8 Hour shifts
Duties and responsibilities:
- Motivates and manages assigned service line nurses, techs, and operating room aides (ORAs).
- Manages the service group's day-to-day and daily clinical operations, including practice standards, overall room activity, staffing, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement, in coordination with the Director
Requirements:
- California RN license; American Heart Association BLS
- Preferred: CNOR, ACLS, PALS
- Minimum 5 years experience as an operating room clinical practitioner
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in scrubbing and circulating.
