Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse – Concierge Cardiology/Internal Medicine Practice (Brookline, MA)

A full-time RN or LPN is needed to join a growing concierge Internal Medicine and Cardiology practice located in Brookline, MA. This role involves both clinical and operational responsibilities under the guidance of the Chief Nurse Practitioner. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care while also helping lead and support the medical assistant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support MA staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Develop and maintain clinical best practices

• Oversee medical supply inventory and ordering

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with protocols

• Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams

• Promote excellence in patient care and customer service

Clinical Duties:

• Conduct patient interviews and review medical histories

• Administer medications and perform treatments like immunizations and nebulizer therapy

• Insert and monitor IVs, perform phlebotomy, and manage exam room readiness

• Assist with referrals and monitor vaccine inventory

• Train new staff and demonstrate strong clinical judgment

Non-Clinical Duties:

• Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in practice initiatives

• Maintain strong communication skills and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

• BLS certification

• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-centered care skills

• EMR experience (Epic preferred)
