Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing Anesthesia team in Fort Hill, OR. The team currently consists of 1 MDA and 4 CRNAs, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled CRNA to help expand and strengthen our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other procedures.

• Collaborate with the surgical and medical teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

• Monitor and adjust anesthesia during surgical procedures.

• Provide post-operative care and pain management for patients.

• Work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process.

• Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration, patient response, and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Licensed CRNA with a valid state certification in Oregon.

• Experience in a variety of anesthesia practices, including general and regional anesthesia.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a rural, community-based healthcare setting.

Compensation:

• Opportunity to earn gross wages near $350K.
