Job Description
Clinical Magnet, a division of IMN Enterprises, is looking for a Med Surg/Tele Nurse Manager to join our partner's team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not contract).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages the financial, human, and other resources for the facilitation of exceptional patient care
• Actively participates in unit performance improvement activities.
• Directs the staffing and administration of a nursing unit or floor.
• Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care.
Key Requirements:
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Master's Degree in Nursing; Nursing Administration preferred
• Five (5) years of nursing experience, including hospital clinical practice
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Covid Vaccination is a requirement unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption
Compensation and Schedule:
• Salary range beginning at $138K
• Comprehensive benefits plan
• Day shift
