Clinical Magnet, a division of IMN Enterprises, is looking for a Nurse Manager – ICU/CCU to join our partner's full-time team in Newport, OR. Key Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager – ICU/CCU:
• Provides collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services.
• Responsible for operations of assigned department(s).
• Provides oversight as needed; responsible for personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic planning.
• Works in a clinical capacity to facilitate smooth functioning of the department when necessary.
Key Requirements for the Nurse Manager – ICU/CCU:
• BSN or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN License required.
• Two (2) years RN experience and two (2) years in a leadership role required.
• ICU/CCU experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC required within six (6) months of hire.
• Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC required within six (6) months of hire.
• Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.
Compensation and Schedule for the Nurse Manager – ICU/CCU:
• Target base salary is $117,000 – $176,000.00 (depending on experience)
• Day shift
