Job Description
Direct Hire CRNA Role in Lake Havasu City, Arizona
- Monday – Thursday Schedule; 30-40 hours per week
- Eye cases only
- Mostly cataracts and retina surgeries
- Typically doing topical anesthesia, some MAC sedation very sporadically
- 20-30 cases per day average
- Independent CRNA position
- Comprehensive benefits

- $2500 and 5 days for CMEs
- 20 days PTO annually and 7 holidays
- $200-$220k base salary for W2
- $5k commencement bonus
- $5k relocation assistance
