Staff Nurse

We are seeking experienced RNs and LPN's to join our clinical team located in West Palm Beach Florida!

Our award winning facility specializes in substance abuse and mental health treatment for patients who need a flexible treatment model, providing counseling and other clinical services. We are seeking clinical Rockstar's to join our nursing team in our beautiful West Palm Beach campus.

We are hiring for both day shift and night shift positions!

Staff Nurse: Current licensure as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Clinical experience in the treatment of addiction is preferred. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of DDAP, CARF, and Joint Commission standards.

Ability to work in a supportive, caring and non-judgmental manner with staff and patients in order to gain confidence and cooperation with patients. Ability to function calmly in crisis situations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, patients, outside agencies, families and the general public. Common tools currently used in the ethical practice of nursing. Ability to care plan with measurable goals and identify appropriate nursing interventions. Organization ability and excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills as well as the ability to produce comprehensive documentation. including measurable objectives-. Must have excellent skills in verbal communication, good organization and time management skills, and familiarity and competency with personal computer applications. The initial assessment of these qualifications will be conducted during pre-hire interview by senior management staff members.

Schedule Info:

• Shifts Available: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
• Schedule: 3-12's
