RN – Med/Surg (Full Time, Nights)

Location: Hartsville, SC

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg unit for full-time night shifts. The RN will work under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Unit Director, providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and adhering to hospital policies and procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a focus on quality care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing care duties for assigned patients in accordance with departmental and hospital policies.
• Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain satisfactory relations with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in education, professional development, and shared governance councils.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM).
• Every other weekend.
• No experience required – new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates degree or better in Nursing or related field.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
