Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator to oversee the operations and outcomes of our SNF service line. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, you will ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, and achievement of system goals. You will also maintain high satisfaction, and quality care, and uphold the mission and values of Benedictine.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Active licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Strong leadership, communication, and human relations skills.
Ability to engage effectively with staff, board members, and the community.
Qualifications Preferred:
Two or more years of experience as a long-term care administrator.
