Job Overview – Practice Manager:
Join our client’s team in Fairfax, VA, as a Practice Manager. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to employees, oversee daily operations, analyze performance metrics, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year
Location: Fairfax, VA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Practice Manager:
- Leadership & Management: Lead office staff and oversee daily operations.
- Daily Operations: Manage patient scheduling, flow, and revenue cycle support; schedule clinical and surgical services.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report monthly practice performance and KPIs.
- Staff Recruitment & Development: Recruit, hire, manage staff performance, resolve grievances, and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, Medicare, HCPCS, and CPT coding.
- Financial Management: Oversee coding, billing, collections, and manage bank reconciliation and deposits.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff across all departments.
- Education: BS/BA in Business or Healthcare discipline preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in Management (medical office management preferred; aesthetics or plastic surgery experience a plus).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
