Job Summary – RN Nurse Team Manager (Salem, MA)

The RN Nurse Team Manager oversees and supports the nursing supervisory team and field staff to ensure high-quality home health care services. Based in Salem, MA, this role is 75% field-based, conducting client and Care Team supervisions, and 25% administrative, managing the nursing team at the Massachusetts location. The manager is responsible for clinical operations, policy development, quality improvement, utilization review, and daily clinical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all clinical supervision operations

• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and quality programs

• Evaluate patient services for safety and clinical outcomes

• Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions

• Support and escalate field issues, manage the Nurse Scheduler

• Schedule and perform client supervisory visits (75% of time)

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in Massachusetts

• Minimum 6 years of healthcare experience, 3 in a supervisory role

• BSN strongly preferred

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of state regulations, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary team management

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; frequent walking and standing
