What You’ll Do
As our Director of Nursing, you will:
• Oversee and manage daily nursing operations in our outpatient surgery center.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and lead a team of dedicated nurses, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Monitor budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure the facility adheres to all health and safety standards.
