Location: Central Valley, CA (Full-Time)

Compensation: $123,219 - $165,838 per year

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the Emergency and Intensive Care Services in a Central Valley, CA healthcare facility. The Clinical Manager will assist the Director with leadership, clinical, financial, and human resources management for both departments. You will provide direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel while maintaining operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. This role requires strong critical thinking, technical skills, and leadership in an interdisciplinary practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the ICU and Emergency Department.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing practice and personnel development.
• Support the mission of the hospital by promoting patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Serve as a role model for professional behavior and the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensure: Active California RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS upon hire; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred, and 5+ years of clinical experience, including critical care patient populations.
