Are you a Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Osteopathy, Medical Doctor, or Physician Assistant with a passion for wound care and a love for travel? We urgently need a Wound Healing Care Specialist to join our team—a dedicated professional ready to hit the road and provide exceptional care across Greater Los Angeles.

Your Day-to-Day
- Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
- Home Health / Hospice Rounds: Bring your expertise into patients' homes, providing essential care and support where it’s most needed.
- Wound Care Expertise: Provide top-tier treatment for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Perform bedside debridement, change dressings, and manage G-tube care (training provided if needed).
- Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideal Candidate: Wound Care Certified with at least 2 years of wound care experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply! Training will be provided.
- Independent Worker: Must be self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Licensure: Active California license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Medical Doctor (MD), or Physician Assistant (PA). Active certifications are required.
