  • Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Start January 2, 2025 to February 28, 2025
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Approx 20-30 ppd
  • No Call
  • EMR MedHost and Luvo
  • Active AZ license, DEA, BLS, recent case logs
