Job Description


  • Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 2/21/2025
  • Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p - Mon-Fri
  • Worksite Setting: freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert preferred.
  • Comments: Provider will work Mon-Fri (full-time), 8a-5p, or until last patient is treated. Provider must be available to cover several centers in the Sacramento area. If not, DOT certified, must obtain certification 45 days from date of hire.
