- Dates coverage needed: July 29 – Sep 27 and Feb 3 – Feb 28
- Schedule: Mon, Thur, Fri 9:30a-6p, Sun 9:30a-5p
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Volume: 25 ppd
- Requirements: CA lic, DEA, BLS, 2+ ys of experience
- Pay rate: $90 per hour
