LOCATION: Zanesville OH

DESCRIPTION:
Assignment is June 17th thru June 25th
6:30am – 5:00pm M-F
Rounding on weekends 4 hours/day
24 hour OR Call
Must be available for onsite orientation and EMR review prior to assignment
Vein Harvesting required
REQUIREMENTS:
OH State License
DEA
2 year minimum experience
