Specialty: NP/PA Cardiovascular Surgery
Start Date: 1/2/2024
Contract Length: 5/2/2024
Shift Details: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Schedule: M-F 7a-2p in hospital; M-F 9a-4p in Clinic; the Call schedule rotation is 1x weekday night from 5pm-7am, weekends 7a-7p call
Work Details:
- Support staff: 2 RN, 1 LPN, 2 Surgeons, 9 NP/PA, 9 office staff
- Amount of coverage needed per month: full time + call rotation
- Patients per day: 10-15
- Patient population/age: 80% adults, 20% peds
- EMR: EPIC
- Special procedures: experienced/certification for assisting Davinci Robotic Cardiac and Thoracic surgeries are a plus.
- Skills required: vein harvesting; must be comfortable with adults and peds; inpatient/outpatient/acute care; surgical care; sutures.

Requirements:
- Board Certification: preferred but must at least be eligible.
- License required: WA
- Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
