PMHNP Practitioner
Pinon, Arizona
ANY ACTIVE STATE LICENSE!!!
We are looking for a PMHNP. At least one year of experience required.
Setting: Behavioral Health Clinic
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (w/one hour unpaid lunch)
Closed on holidays and weekends
Ages - all ages, mainly adolescents and adults
EMR - Government
Start Date: 1/3/22 - 3/31/22 - with the option to extend
Requirements
- Board Certification - PMHNP
- Minimum one year of experience
- Any active, unrestricted state license
- DEA
- BLS
- Clean background
We will cover the lodging and travel, plus malpractice insurance. This is a 1099 contract.
