LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #43692– Brooklyn, NY – ADULT PSYCH (Inpatient)

• Adult (Inpatient).
• 40 Hours a week
• Monday - Friday; 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Will have responsibility for the collection, deliver and analysis of quality data.
• Duties: monthly data collection, reporting, follow-up, IOC, Joint Commission, Assessments, Monthly chart review.
• Day Shift can be flexible regarding schedule.
• Scheduled leaves with notice are one week or less. May be considered if infrequent and approved by Supervisor.
• Bid for interview closes by 08/02/2024.

LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #43538 – Brooklyn, NY-ADULT PSYCH (Outpatient)

• 40 Hours a week; Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5pm
• Will have responsibility for the collection, deliver and analysis of quality data.
• Duties: monthly data collection, reporting, follow-up, IOC, Joint Commission, Assessments, Monthly chart review.
• Day Shift can be flexible regarding schedule.

REQUIRED:

• NY state license; active, unrestricted.
• 1-year experience, post residency.
• Board Certified.
• Verification of Provider Medicaid/Medicare Registration

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Extended leave will not be permitted during this assignment. Shorter leaves (e.g., one week or less) may be considered.
