Job Description
-Santa Rosa - 55 Miles N of San Fran, 40 Miles NW of Napa, 100 Miles W of Sacramento
-Federally Qualified Health Center - O/P - Integrative Health
-Work mix of telehealth from home and in clinic
-Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join large, supportive team
-See 8-10 adult patients/day - Spanish a plus
-30 min med mgmt & 60 min evals + 1 hour for lunch and addl time for admin/day
-Work Mon-Friday from 8-5 PM
-Treat underserved/homeless patients for mental health illnesses
-Join a team of 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Family Practice MD and 5 Primary Care NP's
-Federal Loan Repay option - HPSA of 19 - $50K/2 years (tax free)
-$119K-$166K DOE + Sign Bonus, Relocation $ and full Benefits
