Psychiatry Inpatient Locum at a State Hospital in Breathtaking Oahu, Hawai'i.

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Inpatient Psychiatry/Physician to work locum shifts in Oahu, Hawai’i (HI). The anticipated start is May 2025 as a Locum to Permanent candidate, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Inpatient Psychiatry Role:

• High need to start full time for May 2025
• Facility will start with Part-time and ramp up to Full-time case load.
• Adult inpatient multi-specialty staff are a great team and support.
• Credentialing ease of 5-7 days.
• Comprehensive recovery-based treatment – severe to persistent cases. High acuity experienced desired.
• Average patient daily census: Collaborative rounding on inpatient units; will be able to work with medical director on assisting with programs.
• EMR: Avatar
• Can work with a residency program.

Required:

• HI state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board Certified –Psychiatry; Will work with non-boarded certification status.
• HI DEA, BLS.

Schedule: Commitments open to –

• Locum and Locum to Perm
• Part-time
• Full-time
• Prefers 12-hour shifts either day or night.
