SPECIALTY: PSYCHIATRY
LOCATION: ALASKA, ANCHORAGE
JOB TYPE: LOCUMS -FT- INPATIENT
JOB NUMBER: 48034
Full time inpatient psychiatry consult liaison. Possibility of an ongoing need
Monday to Sunday, 8 hr shifts (Variable shifts), On call on the evenings you are on.
Unit has 20 Psych beds, on site security to ensure a safe working environment.
Adult 70%, Peds 25%, 13 and older.
EMR: EPIC.
Qualifications:
· AK license, active and unrestricted
· BC-Psychiatry
· BLS
· Engage in training for de-escalation techniques and medication management.
· Credentialing within 60-90 days.
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided.
