Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP start, Locums to perm preferred
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Thurs (8a-5:30p), Friday (8a-12p)
- Worksite Setting: Community Health Care Center
- Scope of Work: Comfortable seeing all ages, Mental Health is a new initiative for FHS
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: PMHNP Certification, Licensed in FL, Preferred to already be Medicaid/Medicare enrolled, BLS, DEA, and at least 1 year of experience.
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Pay Rate Preferred: $115/hr
