Job Description

Bronx, NY - PMHNP - ACT - F/T - $150K + Benefits
*Bronx NY - Assertive Community Treatment- Ages 18+
*35 hour work week (M-F) over 5 days
*Community ACT mix of civil mandate or patients unable to maintain self-care
*ACT caseload of 68 patients maximum - see each patient 1 X/month
*Patients live in the Bronx - agency car or metro card transportation available
*5 day work wk (7 hour days) - 90 Min Evals + 30 Min Med Mgmt.
*Join large team of providers - 9 PMHNP + 4 Psychiatrists
*$150K + benefits
